MASKARA FESTIVAL
Cheerdancing rooted from cheerleading is a performance of a routine, usually dominated by gymnastic skills such as jumps, tumbling skills, lifts and tosses combined with shouting of cheers and yells to lead the crowd to cheer for a certain team during a game or sport.
On December 11, 2019, the Philippine Normal University had a cheerdance competition composed of 7 competitors from different sections of first year students as a compulsory for the 2PHED-02 Subject. Each section showcased their prepared routines and show off their astounding skills and talents in dancing.
OBTEC-M-1-4 garnered 2nd place among the 7 competitors next to OBTEC-M-1-2.
